I have always been so thankful for our freedom, I have always been so patriotic, but never as much as I am this year with my sweet boy serving over in Afganistan. I am so proud of him,he is sacrificing his life for other people so they can be free to choose.I Have hanging in my window out front a flag that has a star in the middle and it represents that we have a family member over in war. I never thought one of my children would be fighting in a war.
I will pray every day for his and other service members safe return and constantly thank them for there unselfish service to serve and protect us...

Please pray for our servicemen and women. I talked to Jason today and he said hes doing good its just crazy over there and wishes he could be home with his family.He is glad to be doing what hes doing its just hard. I miss that boy so much and am just thankful he has family members and friends that are supporting him. Nikki is a good little wife and mother and he couldnt be doing what hes doing if she wasnt such a great support to him, i am so thankful for her.thanks for all your support and keep praying!Love lynda

I know your son is the one doing the brave job...but it also comes from loving parents to instill that in their children. So a big thanks to him AND to you for raising such a wonderful young man.
I can't imagine how hard it would be to have Jason so far away...we always pray for those that are fighting for our freedom...it's a sacrifice that is beyond our comprehension....
